The bass sounds on Blood Sugar Sex Magik that influenced countless numbers of today's bassists were mostly made with a Wal Mach II bass (he played a StingRay 5 on Funky Monks and Righteous and the Wicked). On One Hot Minute he mostly used an Alembic Epic bass, although Aeroplane featured his trademark StingRay sound. For both albums' tours, however, he was always wielding the StingRay. By 1997 his signature bass by Modulus entered production, and it's been his main instrument since then. Recently however, he has been seen with a Fender Jazz Bass, mainly in Gallien-Kruger advertisements in BassPlayer magazine.

Non, mais par contre elle aurait été dans les mains de John Entwistle, selon son premier proprio. Je m'en fous, c'est juste pour l'anecdote quoique à la limite ça fait plaisir ( après je suis pas fan de The Who, ni de lui d'ailleurs, d'ailleurs je connaissais pas )

Le truc drôle c'est qu'il est né le même jour et le même mois que moi. Y a des trucs comme ça des fois..

Je l'ai découvert grâce à Benjamin Clementine qui est un gros fan et qui reprend une de ces chansons en concert. Drake me fait le même effet que lorsque j'ai découvert Joni Mitchell ou lorsque j'ai vu pour la première fois Alice's Restaurant... ou lorsque j'allais chez mon orthodontiste babacool dans les 70's... Joan Baez dans sa salle d'attente pleine de tapis partout... J'adore Nick Drake maintenant moi aussi mon pote !
