totorbass Posted November 11, 2015 at 01:26 PM Posted November 11, 2015 at 01:26 PM Oh, no, I'm degoutated and blasède (disappointed), for I just bought a JB, but loved the looks and sound of my former MIJ. Especially miss this one because it's light, opposite to many MIJ 75's (mine weighted in 6kg with a Badass and active electronics). Plus fiesta red!!! I love it ! It won't last a long time. BTW US PU's ? 1
Tonci Posted November 11, 2015 at 01:28 PM Author Posted November 11, 2015 at 01:28 PM Yes, US pickups
Paisley Posted November 11, 2015 at 01:45 PM Posted November 11, 2015 at 01:45 PM Another nice bass ! It's raining basses around Tonci's place... Just noticing that the pole pieces in the front PU seem to be very recessed into the PU cover : anything special about that ? Otherwise beautiful color - for those who fancy red basss of course ! 1

bassride Posted November 12, 2015 at 10:54 AM Posted November 12, 2015 at 10:54 AM Ah Ah dommage! C'est quoi comme bois, le corps?
worms Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:07 AM Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:07 AM She s got 60s bridge pickup position?!
totorbass Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:09 AM Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:09 AM Yes. Ah Ah dommage! C'est quoi comme bois, le corps? Je parie sur du frêne jap (sen)
worms Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:12 AM Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:12 AM Strange for a 75 reissue isn t it ? But she looks great:-)
Edited November 12, 2015 at 11:28 AM by totorbass
bassride Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM (edited) Je suis d'accords. Les micros sont placés comme des des 60's et non des 70. Edited November 12, 2015 at 11:40 AM by bassride
Tonci Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM Author Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM (edited) To clear it, bass is in Makarska, Croatia, yes Adriatic see :-) About neck pickup, yes, 60's position, nothing strange on japanese ressiues...about body, I really don't know ash or alder. I can only confirm that this bass really kick asses! T. Edited November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM by Tonci
worms Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM Posted November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM (edited) Oui bizarre de faire une réédition d'une Jazz bass de 75 avec une position micro des 60's. Je peux l'affirmer j'ai une 75 d'époque à la maison Edited November 12, 2015 at 11:39 AM by worms
