    Je suis un peu maso et j'aime la souffrance physique, j'utilise de la cire de carnauba.

    C'est galère à utiliser sur tous les points. Déjà à appliquer : moi je la chauffe histoire qu'elle soit liquide et s'étale bien), et après à lustrer ! A tel point que je fais ça à la perceuse sur laquelle est montée une peau de mouton, à la fois pour retirer le surplus et aussi pour lustrer. Et même comme ça y'en a pour une bonne heure de travail voir plus.

    C'est fastidieux, mais après le résultat est un brillant légèrement satiné qui dure longtemps et qui met vraiment le bois en valeur.

    Exemple qui vaut ce qu'il vaut car les photos n'ont pas étés prises au même endroit et à la même lumière, pas le même appareil etc etc... mais la différence était très nette quand même car on voit bien le coté terne avant et brillant après.

    He would return the bass but he emailed to Roger Sadowsky and Roger told him he wants it to be this way and in every new Sadowsky is made like this...

    I had one RV5 and played few NYC but none has something like this...but my friend said he'll keep it...he trusts Roger...I don't know what would I do...

    Right, remove the neck, take pics, and post here.

    I'll tell friend to do that...

    on dirait un gros renversement pour améliorer l'angle d'attaque des cordes vis à vis du manche. Sans doute quasi obligatoire en fonction des côtes de cet instrument. Normal but not pretty...

    No...not pretty at all...at first it really looks like something is wrong with neck...isn't there another way to do his...and I never noticed it on other basses...

    My friend bought this Sadowsky NYC frm Thomann and it came with body/neck conection like this. We tought it must be something wrong with it. We have sent email to Roger, and when he replied every new Sadowsky NYC is built this way and he wants it to look like this.

    Bass is great, playable, huge sounding, but why do you think is this made like this?

    Sympa. Quelle couleur la Pro2 ?

    Perso je suis passé à un full black, avec des DiMarzios Model J. Ca donne sympa.

    Je n'ai gardé qu'un potard avec un dessus bleu pour faire genre.
